I booked a pedicure for £25 on Treatwell. I asked for shellac on my toes expecting to pay extra but was charged £44 instead. Apparently I’m charged £10 to remove previous gel even though it was same salon who applied it. I won’t be going back there. The breakdown of additional price was not explained to me at salon.
