Really relaxed, comfortable atmosphere. Therapist listened to exactly what I described I wanted as a first timer with lash extensions. She was lovely and I love them! Will definitely go back

Always great service and reasonably priced. I have started to come monthly for a pedicure and really enjoy my experience each time.

Good wax, although I find that the other beauticians are not as good as Hoa. The last one I found tugged quite hard at the wax to bring it off, which made it more painful. But generally I am happy and have been returning here for six months or so. Best wax I have found in the Balham / tooting / Clapham South area but quite a mile.

Nice salon. Gel polish removal was great. I opted to get standard polish put on but the end result was slightly messy in placed and I managed to dent it just getting my keys out my bag. My fault potentially - I should have insisted on leaving them longer in the dryer. overall would go back though :)
