The place is clean, tidy and the staff working there are super friendly. My only criticism was the first time I got gel (powdered) nails + tips the lady doing them didn’t advise what treatment I should next book on Treatwell (I ended up booking the wrong one). The lady this time advised I should book just infills but you have to pay for shellac separately (an extra £5 on top of what you’ve already paid). I’m willing to pay this but felt a bit as if information is slightly withheld.
