great visit, the team were lovely and informative. The tan was a bit light but that was likely my fault for not keeping on for longer than 8 hours

Great experience all round. I didn’t have to wait long to be seen, I was made to feel comfortable, the waxing was virtually painless (which is rare in the extreme). And the beautician was very friendly. I felt very happy at the end with the level of service and professionalism
