Waxed off half my eyebrow by mistake and wouldn’t admit to it - I really liked this salon but I’ve lost all respect, I would rather them apologise and take responsibility seen as I was a regular customer. I even sent in images and they still wouldn’t accept liability. Extremely disappointed and definitely will not be returning.
