The lady that carried out the procedure was able to make me feel comfortable and was helpful when I asked her for some advice. She was quick and really thorough with providing me with the instructions on the after care. It doesn't really feel like I have just had my ear pierced as so far I didn't get any pain! Really pleased with the result and I would definitely use this place again.
