I have been a regular at Alice’s for waxing and eyebrow treatment and it’s usually been really good. However, my last appointment was awful. My eyebrows were not even and I was left with a burn mark under one of my eyebrows, which has left a scar. They were also far too dark despite asking for a light brown. Really unhappy, will not be going back.

Meh... wasn’t impressed with my lash lift. I have relatively long eye lashes, and when I have mascara on my lashes touch my eyebrows. But my lash lift didn’t really do much. I can see a little difference but definitely not worth £55... won’t be coming back
