Unfortunate experience today. I'm growing my brows out, so I asked again and again for her to only take hairs away from the line and leave the ones close to it. She kept saying "yes, just tidy" and took off way more. I stopped her after the first brow to explain again, she said "yes I did that", and the second ended up even worse. She only seemed to understand once she'd finished. I left in tears. I can't emphasise enough how many times I explained and still wasn't listened to.
