The haircut didn't satisfy my expectations. I wasn't pleased with the result, I mentioned I wanted less volume yet it looked bigger than when I arrived. The hairdresser didn't add any oil at the end for the tips, which is a normal practice in other places I've been. The first thing the hairdresser said was that the price shouldn't cover the blowdry, I would be happy to pay more to get something nice. I probably should have been more prescriptive about what I wanted. My lesson, bring a picture.
