One of the best experiences I’ve had. From the moment I arrived, the therapist made sure I was comfortable, asking areas of tension. The pressure was firm and consistent throughout, really getting into those deep layers of muscle where I carry the most stress.
By the end of the session, I could feel a noticeable difference and relief in my back and shoulders, which are usually quite tight.
The environment was also incredibly soothing, calm music, and professional atmosphere.
