I don’t think I’ll visit again unfortunately. I had an appointment for upper & lower lip threading but when I got home I noticed there was still some hair left. Not sure if they’re properly qualified. The place also didn’t feel very clean.

I attended the salon for a hair trim. I asked for a straight trim and about 1-2 inches off. The lady took off about 6/7 inches. When I returned home I noticed that there were random shorter pieces and it was so uneven. In the end I had to go to another salon and get my hair cut into a bob. The hairdresser commented on how terrible the haircut was. Although the lady was nice enough, I don’t think she was qualified. Providing a service with no proper training and qualification is downright wrong!

Didn’t feel relaxed during my appointment, one of the therapists friends was in the salon talking very loudly on her mobile phone right behind me the whole time I was in for my appointment which didn’t make for a relaxing experience. Otherwise I was happy with my treatment.
