The ladies at the parlour had no clue about the appointment booked via the app , mentioned they did not receive any message regarding that. Then had to pay a small amount over the payment already made via app as they said the latest prices were not updated on the Treatwell. That was not an issue but the haircut was a sloppy job overall. The lady did not seem to have any expertise whatsoever. I would not recommend this place if you are looking for a haircut.
