Staff were super friendly and accommodating for me. My eyebrows ended up much thinner than I like them but they don’t look bad. I paid for a wax and was waxed and threaded. I would just like the waxing in future because threading left me with a lot of redness and spots for up to a few days later.

The staff were absolutely lovely and the end result was great. However it was an extremely noisy shop with children around and extremely loud phone conversations happening with the staff which means it didn’t feel relaxing at all. For both treatments they were extremely harsh and my eyes and eyebrows are sore now so wouldn’t go back here..
