i was made to feel very welcome and staff were very attentive. the treatment was uncomfortable (but i suspect this is always the case) but the result is great. i would definitely do it with alisha beauty parlour again

The staff were very friendly and the lady that gave me a facial was lovely. The back room where I had my facial could do with an upgrade and more ambience.
