I turned up for my appointment at 12:30pm on Sunday 27th and the salon was closed. Still haven’t heard back from Treatwell about my refund and no one rang me from the salon to apologise. Have no idea why the salon is open on the app and takes bookings if they’re closed. Terrible service.

Very friendly staff and good advice for facial care. Just wish I'd known a bit more about what to expect after the treatment, as my face was very red and had streaks all over for a while
