I never normally write reviews, but I had to this time... my time Alivia K Wood was amazing. It was my first time doing this treatment, and it couldn't have gone any better. From the moment I stepped through the doors, there was a welcoming vibe. Katrina was amazing. She put my mind at ease. And was very informative every step of the way. My eyebrows came out beautifully, and I couldn't be happier. She was very professional, and you can tell she loves what she does as it shows through time, care, and work. Katrina has totally transformed my face...I literally can't stop looking in the mirror. Thank you again..Will definitely be back.

The team were great. Katrina and her team are really lovely and down to earth. Very professional service. I had a telephone consultation with Emily and a face to face consultation with Katrina. Katrina is very thorough, I have asymmetrical brows and Katrina measured the brows and drew them on perfectly so I could see what I was going to get. I’m so pleased that I’ve told so many people even my mum and aunt are booked in.

First time visiting the salon and it was very clean and tidy. Katrina is very professional. I had a telephone consultation initially where Katrina talked me through everything. I then had a more comprehensive consultation on the day where Katrina drew on the brows and chose a colour. She really listed to me and made me feel so comfortable. She’s very knowledgeable about the treatment and you can tell she knows what she’s doing. She even showed me the needle was completely packaged and brand new which I thought was very professional. My brows look better than expected. I previously had my brows done 2 years ago and paid almost £700 for them and I got an amazing job at half the price with Katrina. Wish I found Alivia K Wood the first time round.
