The venue was Matthew's family home. The treatment room was clean and professional with relaxing music playing throughout. Matthew took time to find out what I wanted from the treatment. I had tension in my neck and back so asked him to focus on those areas. He made me feel comfortable, worked on the areas of concern with the pressure I wanted. I was very happy with the treatment.

Matthew was extremely helpful when my train was cancelled collecting me from another station some distance away. He is very friendly, caring, empathic and knowledgeable in his field. The microscopy was amazing and he explained in detail his findings. I am awaiting a lengthy report with protocols and helpful advice shortly. It was so enlightening to see your blood in real time, and realising what can be done to improve and take responsibility for your health where the NHS does not provide.
