Very pleasant atmosphere, dentist took me right in! No waiting times. Cleaning was quick and he gave me some good advice as well.

I arrived for my appointment only to be told that I had no appointment booked - despite receiving a reminder notification from Treatwell on the day of the appointment. I was unable to have the service that day and left empty handed. Very disappointed in the lack of communication between Treatwell and Alkali. If you are booking an appointment with this clinic through this app make sure you call the clinic the day before to confirm your booking to avoid this situation.

Disappointed. I especially bought the higher priced package for deep clean to discover it wasn’t any different from other treatments I had with my usual dentist and yet three times the price. Will not be going again. This treatment should be priced at no more than £60 rather than £125.00
