Booked a blow-out but got a rough dry with tongs which dropped within 10 minutes of walking around outside, so I had to tong it again when hope just to have some shape. I get they they were busy but I expected a proper *blowdry*. I was told because I didn’t have layers a blowdry wouldn’t work. Never been a problem elsewhere 😂. Felt like I paid for a hair wash.

I really like coming to Alkaline, it’s always a lovely chilled atmosphere and great service.
The team are really friendly and welcoming, and the space itself is good too.

Erika is just brilliant. It’s taken me ages to actually find a hairdresser who can correctly cut and style short hair. Hopefully she’ll be around forever!!
