Horrible experience.
Mid-way to the haircut, realised that one lock of hair is way shorter than what we agree, and I flagged it.
Erika freaked out, raised her voice instantly, gaslighted me saying that I "said that every time", "curly hair is like that". While I stayed silent, kept ranting. It made me feel so small.
3 days later, I confirm: the cut is so bad!!
It's asymmetrical, the discrepancy between the top and bottom is huge - mushroom style. Now I'm tying my hair all the time.

Alkaline is a great Salon - Erika is really professional and has the craft that lacks at so many salon in london. She is master at layering and has great knowledge about the hair health. On top of that they use Davines products that are incredible!
