The experience overall was lovely, but after inspecting my wax job when I got home (brazillian) there was still a fair few hairs left and the wax had torn off quite a bit of skin around my vulva which was rather painful. Everything else was great though, and the therapist is lovely.

I got a text the morning of my appointment and was asked to come 10 minutes later than I booked, so I said no problem and went for the later time. When I arrived there salon was all locked up and there was another lady there who also had an appointment, after 5 minutes of waiting outside a car pulled up and the beautician arrived. We were told we must have been early when in actual fact she was late. We quickly got taken inside and after a few moments of rumbling around out the back she was ready for me. I got taken out the back to the Waxing room where it was a cluttered mess! She quickly began Waxing my eyebrows and although I got the shape I wanted I felt that the it was very rushed it wasn't a very enjoyable experience.
Overall I wasn't very impressed, after turning up late the appointment was rushed and I she told me that she wasn't a morning person so really shouldn't have these morning appointments available, very unprofessional approach.
Wouldn't recommend.
