I was made to feel really comfortable and a thorough detail of the process, what to expect during and after along with aftercare information was all discussed prior to treatment.

Rumi was great, and very thorough. This meant that half leg waxing took longer than it usually does. I am happy with the results anyway.

Nice and clean place. Gave a form to fill in as it was my first time in the Bright Beauty Studio. The lady who did my treatment was lovely and made me feel very comfortable. I expected a lot of pain as it was my first underarm treatment but instead it wasn’t. She made sure that there were abosolutely no hairs left.
