Deep Tissue Massage
This was my first time at this venue and I really liked it. It feels modern, clean and they've done well to make the treatment rooms feel very 'spa-y' and not like you're getting naked in a John Lewis. My treatment was superb and exceeded ones I've had in far more expensive spa hotels; Chelsea took the time to find out what I needed, customise the treatment and made sure the pressure and temperature was just right. I usually bounce between a few different places but I don't see the need now.
Hot Stone Massage
The stylist I booked didn’t actually end up cutting my hair - a lower level stylist did. I didn’t massively mind this but it would have been nice to have been told this before my hair was cut. I wasn’t offered a drink at any point which was a bit disappointing! The stylist also told me the dyed ends of my hair looked dull - I knew they did but it didn’t feel nice to be told this just before I left the salon! Overall, I was happy with my haircut - just a few little issues.
Ladies' Dry Haircut
Really enjoyed my visit and I was delighted with my blow dry. Sam understood exactly what I was looking for and offered excellent advice.
