The staff were helpful but I had a few issues where my eyebrows were done extremely thin leaving one eye brow a lot thinner than the other. There were a lot taken off and I was quite shocked and worried as it takes a long time for them to grow back. The lash lift was a lot better than expected to say Isabelle was new to doing lash lifts.
I ended up having to reschedule due to personal circumstances. But they were so good and accommodating with this. So thank you
