This was my first time at this venue and I really liked it. It feels modern, clean and they've done well to make the treatment rooms feel very 'spa-y' and not like you're getting naked in a John Lewis. My treatment was superb and exceeded ones I've had in far more expensive spa hotels; Chelsea took the time to find out what I needed, customise the treatment and made sure the pressure and temperature was just right. I usually bounce between a few different places but I don't see the need now.
