I didn’t massively mind this but it would have been nice to have been told this before my hair was cut. I wasn’t offered a drink at any point which was a bit disappointing! The stylist also told me the dyed ends of my hair looked dull - I knew they did but it didn’t feel nice to be told this just before I left the salon! Overall, I was happy with my haircut - just a few little issues.
Really enjoyed my visit and I was delighted with my blow dry. Sam understood exactly what I was looking for and offered excellent advice.
