Anna was good, friendly and made a real effort to get my hair right (I have very thick and unruly hair..). However, she was rushed by a number of colleagues to hurry her service, which was not professional (as I could overhear) and also put Anna under a lot of pressure. I understand that this was due to another colleague not turning up to their shift . If that is the case, then appointments should be cancelled rather than appointments being rushed as this is unfair on paying clients and staff.
Blow Dry
Everything I needed - great haircut in a peaceful salon in central Leeds. Appointment ran to time without being rushed and I'm really happy with the freshen up ready for summer. Likely to book here again if prices stay reasonable
