Honestly regret going at all. Although Nazreen was lovely and the salon looks beautiful and is clean, I left with so much hair left over, bruising and a minor burn. I contacted the salon and even showed pictures showing how bad the wax was but they have refused to refund me. I had to pay for another wax at another salon to remove all the hair that was left behind but the bruising and burns obviously left marks and were so uncomfortable. Will not be returning and I don’t recommend.
