Booked last minute, not needing a wash and blowdry - planning on dyeing later. The dry cut -30mins is actually a trim -15mins. They phoned to clarify it didn't include layers, I offered to pay extra -they said might accomodate if time.
Lucy was unprepared, treated me with disdain and felt uncomfortable 'you'll have to keep still or I'll have to start the whole thing again..'etc. Asked if she could add long layers, said she couldn't without washing (and hadn't time) despite the salon being empty.
I was made to feel quite embarrassed and uncomfortable when it turned out I'd booked in for a dry haircut when I need a restyle. I ended up upgrading to get the haircut I want, since I couldn't get a refund. My hairstylist didn't seem confident in performing the cut I had asked for. I asked for a fade, she tried to replicate it with scissors. It looked ok at a glance when I was briefly shown, so it'll do for now. I'll need to get it fixed to what I wanted because up close the finish isn't great.
