I had a fantastic experience here, having avoided hairdressers for over two years! I have hearing aids which I am pretty much totally deaf without, which is not much fun as obviously you have to remove them for a haircut. I explained this to Jamie on arrival and he was so lovely and accommodating, he went out of his way to make me feel comfortable and handled the situation brilliantly. I had a full restyle and was so happy with the end result, highly recommend Jamie and the salon.

Blowdry was fine and stylist nice but don’t think Allertons at John Lewis matches up to John Lewis standard and Allertons branding, salon seems a little unfinished and untidy in places. For me blowdry wasn’t worth £35 I’ve paid at other city centre salons.
