It is the 2nd time ( consecutive) when I book an app. for a date&time and I am called to be told that the app. should’ve not gone through because they are short staffed on the day. My appointment was moved from 12 to 2:45.I waited 30 mins (3:15) to be seen although the lady in reception prompted the stylist at 3.She was very cold and despite my efforts to make the situation less awkward I couldn’t wait for the app to be over.The treatment was great and I saw results, will book another stylist.
Booked last minute, not needing a wash and blowdry - planning on dyeing later. The dry cut -30mins is actually a trim -15mins. They phoned to clarify it didn't include layers, I offered to pay extra -they said might accomodate if time.
Lucy was unprepared, treated me with disdain and felt uncomfortable 'you'll have to keep still or I'll have to start the whole thing again..'etc. Asked if she could add long layers, said she couldn't without washing (and hadn't time) despite the salon being empty.
