I’m leaving a negative review as my booking was cancelled last minute. Also I have not received a refund for it and it’s been almost a week since they cancelled it. Not sure who is to blame, the salon or Treatwell website itself as they made up an appointment on their schedule that didn’t exist. The salon staff have been helpful but the Treatwell website is absolutely rubbish and their customer service does not respond to me at all. They are happy to take your money from the account though! :(
Relaxing Massage
Such a good experience, hair looks awesome and exactly what I was after! Jamie was a total babe and so friendly and funny. Dead chuffed already booked in for next time, thanks guys!

Libby did a great job
I was not sure exactly what I want to do with my hair she was very assuring and let me take my time deciding
I get so many compliments about the hair cut that it suits my face
I never had my hair so short as my face is round so was scared but Libby cut it in a short bob with layers that makes me look younger and suits my face
