All reviews are genuine feedback from verified customers, so you know exactly what to expect at each and every venue.I was charged extra because my hair is “long and thick” and because my hair is supposedly Afro hair when I only have curly hair. Like I understand the extra fee but please don’t make it as if my hair is something not ordinary. It felt like a burden rather than a nice experience. Just being told oh your hair is super super thick isn’t a compliment, it’s mostly to emphasise that my hair is going to take forever to get done. I’m disappointed because I’ve been an Allertons customer for years.
Very clean and beautiful place! High recommend! I had massage with Katy few times and I was very surprised how good she is! Of course I will come again! She is very professional and talented!
