I was scared to go in at first because it looks so pretty from the outside but I'm glad I did. So clean, so nice and everyone was so lovely. My hair has never looked or felt or smelt better and I've booked every month for the next 3 months :-)

I'll never go to any other salon again - the staff were amazing, so friendly and knowledgable, and all the services I had (Cut & Blow, Waxing and Gel Nails) were all amazing. The salon itself is beautiful and I actually can't wait to go back - I've never said that about a salon before!

Had a lovely, relaxing massage today. Sarah was friendly and professional, the ambiance very calming and I was given some great advice on how to manage the knots in my shoulder muscles. Highly recommended.

I went for a full leg and brazilian and it was the most traumatic waxing experiences of my life! I have been getting the same wax for years from various salons and know what to expect. The woman used hot wax but didn't know how to remove it. She would pick at the thin end and slowly tear off little bits of wax because she couldn't get a grip on the strip. This was extremely painful and I was bleeding. After TWO hours (usually full leg and brazilian takes half an hour) I had to tell her to stop due to pain. There was loads of wax and hair left and I was bruised for a week. I was offered no compensation and the woman told me that that is just how waxes go and I must have a low pain tolerance!!!!!!!!! NEVER GOING BACK!!!!!

The staff made me feel very comfortable and at ease. They were very friendly. The room had a nice atmosphere although was quite small. The waxing was a pleasant experience and I am pleased with the results. The wax could've been neater but I am still pleased with the outcome. I would definitely go again.
