It was my first time getting a Hollywood wax and overall I was very impressed with the treatment. The staff made me feel very comfortable. I will definitely be going back again!

My usual hairdresser wasn't available so i used another one who says there background is Nicky Clarkes so i had confidence in their ability. After my usual hairdresser explained in details to the new to me hairdresser i thought it would work out. When i got home and the blow drying, styling had worn off - i could see that it was not the cut that i expected. I phoned Allertons to speak to the under-manager i was informed that they would get back to me at 4.15 that day, but they didn't. I spoke the following day was told that they would contact me, they didn't. I have cancelled all my connections with Allerton and i am moving on.
