This is my second visit to Allertons and i had my hair cut by Lauren who cut it the first time for me. As i expected she did a great job and i came away very happy and looking good. What took me by surprise the first time i had my hair done was the conditioning short head massage, which is always relaxing. I think the staff are quite friendly and its nice to be greeted as you walk in the shop with a smile. I will definetely be recommending Allertons to my friends and family.

The rating says it all =) the waxing treatment was not as painful as i thought it would be. i very much appreciate the pre and post waxing treatment and advice (seeing that it was my second experience going to a waxing salon; my first experience was horrible). Overall, excellent!

I had a lovely afternoon at Allertons and would definitely recommend it to friends. They even managed to fit me in for a blow dry at last minute which was fab. Thanks to all the staff.

Unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing.
I have short hair which was growing back and I just needed to add texture but didn't want to affect the length.
The staff was very kind but now I have a haircut which is the opposite of what I wanted.
