Very polite and professional but the massage was not up to scratch. At one point I could barely feel it and the lady was only using one hand with minimal pressure. Had it been 50% off I may have understood the one hand approach!!

Can't fault Lana for a fantastic cut. Just not a great overall experience, no where to wait (was sat at a nail bar), no refreshments, the photos make it look a self contained salon but nothing between you and those shopping in John Lewis.
