Poor customer service, not chatty at all and wax was too hot. Overall the wax didn't leave the area smooth, and there was bruising/internal bleeding in spots. Would not recommend

Roza was very friendly and incredibly thorough! I felt very relaxed, it was a great experience (as a first time wax). I definitely recommend!
