The room was quite dark so it was difficult for her to see what she was doing. I've come home and looked under bright light and there are still quite a few hairs remaining and I don't feel smooth. She mentioned she would like a magnifying light and I really think that was what was lacking. Had she had the equipment she may have been able to get it all.

Great cut and listened to what I wanted. Deborah was lovely, very professional. Really enjoyed my experience.
Ladies' Hair Conditioning and Scalp Treatments
Unfortunately the worst haircut I have ever had. Contacted the Head office but they never bothered to get back to me even after seeing pictures of my hair and telling me a manager will be in touch. Allertons does not deserve a spot in a high end store like John Lewis. The young lady was very pleasant but her hair cutting skills were poor and she ruined my beautiful hair. I wish I had stuck to my usual hairdresser. Very very disappointed.
