Charlotte is so friendly and chatty and makes the whole experience feel like a real treat. I have had so many compliments about my hair!!! She has also given me great advice and cut my daughter's very curly hair. I now would not go anywhere else for my hair (and I am very fussy and struggled for years to find someone consistent that I like).
