Absolutely faultless! Charlotte did an amazing job with my hair and I couldn't be happier! The colour was far better than I was expecting (I'd done quite a few at-home lockdown dye jobs so it was quite banded!) and the cut was perfect too. Charlotte is so friendly and easy to chat to too, and really made the effort to check she understood what I wanted.
