Very friendly girl that did my hair. Blow dry not very good, wanted big bouncy hair so she started to back comb it. Never had that in my life.

Really good appointment, Charlotte was lovely and chatty, listened to what I wanted and advised on what would look best. Really looked at every detail and I absolutely love the result. Will definitely be back.
