Arrived on time and staff member greeted us at door and was ready, asked what was required, checked my daughter was sitting comfortably. Chatted to my daughter throughout to put her at ease. Checked I was happy at the end. Couldn’t ask for anything more.

The first time I went I came out with lovely soft highlights (about 6 months ago). This time, I asked for something slightly lighter and I became completely blonde... I am normally light brown. It was probably a bit of a misunderstanding and it was quite hot inside, which makes the bleech work faster, but as an advice be really clear on what you want to avoid surprises!!

I had a terrible experience over a year ago with a lady who cut my hair way too short and not at all the way I expected, so I was reluctant to try hairdressers again.
It got to a point of no return: my hair wasn't growing and my split ends were multiplying by seconds!
I decided it was time to let go of my fears and try a new hairdresser, and Cassie helped me regain my faith. She cut my hair beautifully and I can definitely see a difference in the health of my hair. Will be seeing her again soon!
