Loved the manicure and overall experience was ok. They couldn't find some of the products that they would usually use including the nail oil so it didn't feel like I got the whole experience but I liked my nails when I left and it was quick and efficient. It's a shame that the nail room is in the basement as the ambience in the main area is much nicer and obviously brighter with the natural light.

Linda is AMAZING. I was new to the salon and quite nervous but she put me at ease straight away and it was such an easy waxing experience — very professional, minimal pain, zero awkwardness. I highly highly recommend. I will be going nowhere else from now on.
