Two women were conversing loudly during my appointment, creating a disruptive environment. The washing station was quite untidy, and my fringe was unevenly cut, with one side significantly shorter than the other. When I brought this to the hairdresser's attention, she claimed she was adhering to my style, which I found unacceptable. Overall, the haircut was subpar and not worth the £70 charged. I will not be returning, as the quality of service has notably declined from what it once was.

Really lovely hairdresser! My hair colour is really fab! Sadly the cut wasn't the best but was able to go back and have it fixed. Still not my best cut, my hair is very thick and that may have been an issue. I won't book there again personally.
