I was fairly disappointed with my haircut. I asked for my layers to be softened and essentially got told that was not possible without having my hair washed. I’m new to the area and still looking for a new hair stylist. My previous hairdresser would have just used a spray bottle if I was short on time and didn’t have time for a wash. I also booked an appointment for 10:00 and it started nearly 15/20 mins late which was fairly disappointed
