My child's hair was cut but it wasn't very well done. I would have preferred to go to a barber.. they didn't ask me whether my appointment was booked or not. I was charged more and when I asked are you sure they said yes. Afterwards when I came home I checked the treatwell booking and it was cheaper. When I queried it they offered me a refund. Their excuse for not checking earlier was that their phones were not charged so they couldn't check the booking. I won't be going back for another haircut.

I received a warm welcome from Nasim and her assistant Hannah.
She took the time to discuss the colours to use for my highlights and also the style of my cut.
I left the salon with a fabulous cut and colour. My hair felt thicker and looked glossy and healthier and I looked 10 years younger!
