They were running over on schedule and so my appointment started about 15 minutes late. However it was worth the wait my hair looked lovely! I got so many compliments and it was really good value for money. Thank you

My child's hair was cut but it wasn't very well done. I would have preferred to go to a barber.. they didn't ask me whether my appointment was booked or not. I was charged more and when I asked are you sure they said yes. Afterwards when I came home I checked the treatwell booking and it was cheaper. When I queried it they offered me a refund. Their excuse for not checking earlier was that their phones were not charged so they couldn't check the booking. I won't be going back for another haircut.
