Alma went above + beyond accommodating me, text me very precise directions to her apartment, was prompt to get me up. Gave sound advice on an issue I had + made me zen out completely! Also it was raining when I arrived so when I was leaving she was adamant, that I take her umbrella as I had arrived without one. So kind!
