As always, Alma carried out amazing treatments, this time a full body massage and face massage which was absolutely wonderful. She knew exactly where my knotty spots were and released them perfectly. Highly recommended as always, and working out my next appointment already!

Wow. Literally wow... I've always wanted to try reflexology but had no idea how it would be. Having already had an amazing sensitive skin face massage from Alma, I felt confident trying new territory with this. Absolutely mind-blowing. I'm used to having full massages and how relaxing that can be, but this is another level. I'm currently experiencing lots of stress from a work viewpoint, so I wasn't prepared for how much this treatment relaxed me. Thank you Alma, you're incredible!
