I am so disappointed in this place. Whilst in the past it has been great, the customer service and the not Flexible attitude is without fail shocking. I admit I was late for my booking I reached out too late but I had genuine reasons as to why. I tried to contact no reply- I tried again after waiting 2 days for a response then I pushed for one. They couldnt/ wouldn’t re schedule even though the matter was out of my hands unfriendly Response no. Despite being regular and local client. No more.
